Paranormal Chaos hits the streets today and with it, The Shifter Chronicles comes to a close. It’s been a wonderful ride, and one that was simply a dream a few short years ago. There are a lot of people to thank, but before we get to that, let’s to a little clean-up with some admin items:
1) Help Me Help Vets – We finished up this event as midnight with approximately $30 in informed pre-sales. That’s wonderful and that money will go directly to the organization and the veterans they support. Thank you to everyone who participated.
If you’d like to support the Troops First Foundation directly, you may do so by following this link.
2) The Book! – There’s no stopping it now, Paranormal Chaos is in the wild! Want to buy your own copy and have it sent to your digital reading device? You can pick it up at:
…and most other digital book services here on earth.
3) Thank Yous – If you’ve ever wondered how a book goes from the first sentence on paper to a published novel, the easiest answer is it takes an army of individuals. In the past, I’ve done mock interviews with characters leading up to a release and/or marketed funny count-downs. With this final chapter, it seems fitting to simply say thank you to everyone involved.
First and foremost, thank you to my agent, Eric Ruben. He’s been a stalwart companion on this long publishing journey. His knowledge of the industry and his excellent advice has kept our team afloat during times of major changes. If you’re someone wanting to have your own book in print, you’d be hard pressed to find someone as talented or personally invested in his clients than him.
Thank you to my lovely, gracious, and amazingly patient editor, Deborah Nemeth. She put up with a great deal of typos, grammar problems, and syntax issues over the last year. Her keen eye breathed so much life into the story which absolutely made the manuscript shine. If you enjoy Paranormal Chaos, she’s the reason.
Thanks also to Regan Summers for taking time out of her own amazing writing career to beta-read this thing and provide some much needed input. Regan is an amazing author and her writing pops with energy and humor. If you haven’t already done so, I highly recommend picking up her Night Runner series.
There are many more people involved and we’ll thank them as Release Week progresses. Until then, I hope you like the book and that it’s a fitting send-off for Marcus, Quinn, Steve, and the rest of the literary family we’ve built.
